Suren Mamyan

Founder

Suren Mamyan, PhD in Technical Sciences, is a lecturer at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and a recognized expert in resource management and classification. He is a member of MAusIMM and MPONEN, and an expert of the UNECE Group of Experts on Resource Management, actively contributing to the UN Subgroup of Specialists on the G-axis classification.

Since 2009, he has been actively engaged in the mining sector, with extensive experience in resource evaluation and reporting. From 2020 to 2025, he held senior roles at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, contributing to policy development and sector governance.

He is the author of seven scientific publications and has contributed to the assessment of around 10 metallic deposits, as well as the review of more than 100 reserve evaluation reports.

Anna Sargsyan

Head of ICE-SRM Armenia Office

Anna Sargsyan is an environmental protection and resource management specialist with a focus on sustainable development and responsible use of natural resources. She holds a Master’s degree from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and is a member of the UNECE Women Expert Group on Resource Management.

She has extensive experience in environmental impact assessment (EIA), particularly in the mining, construction, and energy sectors, contributing to the identification and management of environmental risks and impacts.

From 2021 to 2025, she served as a leading specialist at the Environmental Impact Expert Center SNCO, where she was actively involved in environmental assessment processes and decision-making support.

In addition, she is engaged in international initiatives and professional platforms, contributing to the promotion of sustainable resource management practices and knowledge exchange.
